Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, or digital downloads, are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at fitgearhuub@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
